Product Information

We are committed to doing our part to conserve natural resources and help ensure a sustainable environment for our children. We only use recycled paper made from 100% post consumer waste that is processed chlorine free, and made with certified renewable energy. Envelopes and packaging are made from sources with at least 30% recycled post consumer fiber. All cards are made to order, hand folded and assembled, and packaged in our Portland, Oregon studio.

Please view the images and read the descriptions of each item, including dimensions, prior to ordering. Unless the product indicates otherwise, cards measure 4.25" x 5.5" and gift enclosures measure 2.25" x 3.5" Envelope color may vary, but will always be bright and playful. All cards are printed on 80# premium, smooth, 100% PCW recycled card stock [suitable for crayons, markers, colored pencils, etc.]

Methods of Payment

Stubby Pencil Studio accepts credit cards securely through PayPal, the world's largest free online payment service. Making a payment is easy and you do not need to be a registered Paypal member to make a payment. If you’d rather place an order by phone or by fax, or need alternative payment options, please call us at 503-412-9528 or email and let us know the best time to reach you.

Shipping

Items that are being paid for via cashiers/personal check will be shipped once the check has cleared. The shipping rates are based on the subtotal of the items you wish to purchase and are as follows:

Shipping charges

Domestic orders over $9.99 will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 days depending on how far you are from Oregon.

Local clients, in the Portland metro area, may wish to pick up their order and avoid shipping fees. Please contact us by phone or email to place an order for pick up. 

[Stubby Pencil Studio is not responsibility for orders shipped to and/or delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. Re-routing orders shipped to an incorrect address will incur additional shipping charges upon return and/or re-shipment.]

International Orders
We are happy to provide our products to you, but we ask that all Canadian and international customers NOT use the shopping cart system because shipping costs will be inaccurately calculated. Instead, please contact us by email to process your order. We will ship via USPS Airmail or Global Priority Mail.

Return Policy

We want you (and your kids) to love our cards and be fully satisfied with your purchase. We try to show and describe our products as accurately as possible, however, if there is a defect, or if the item was not as described, please email us within 7 days and either a refund or exchange will be issued. Shipping costs incurred from returns/exchanges will be the buyer's responsibility [unless our error]. Custom orders cannot be returned.
