Aprons for Kids
We are very excited to offer this new line of aprons for children that are perfect for messy arts and crafts or helping in the kitchen. They are colorful, practical (wipe clean) and most importantly, made from RECYCLED juice packs. YES, those non-biodegradable foil and plastic pouches that kids slurp down sewn into adorable and useful new products – so cool!
The aprons tie in back at the waist and have an adjustable neck strap with toggle and a handy pocket on the front. Available in two sizes - measured from top to bottom, not including neck strap: 16 inch (approx. age 2-4) and 20 inch (approx. age 4-7+) Graphics will vary slightly and no two are exactly the same.
Made in the Philippines by DoyBags and produced in accordance with Fair Trade principles by a women's co-operative that employs local women and improves their lives by providing meaningful work at fair wages. The co-op provides employment to over 200 women and makes a real difference, elevating families from extreme poverty to a decent life.

Envirosax™
There is no quick fix to the problem of global warming, but a lot of small steps in the right direction will make a difference. One change we can make is to educate our children to be responsible in the re-use of bags. Envirosax are made of durable, waterproof lightweight polyester, with long handles for carrying over your shoulder. Each bag weighs just 1.4 oz, yet holds the equivalent of two supermarket plastic bags. They roll up tiny for easy storage and are designed to be reused over and over to help eliminate thousands of throwaway bags over the course of their lifetime.
Concerned about polyester? Envirosax decided on this fabric for its strength, durability and because it could be printed with colors and patterns that would not fade. Polyester is also highly compressible, allowing the bag to be rolled up into a compact size so that it is always easy to have one with you. The fabric is soft, silky and resists abrasion well. The inks and dyes used in the printing of the graphic series bags are eco-friendly and no carcinogenic amides are used. The printing process of sublimation ensures that the bags will not fade when washed.
